The Palladium Residences will include ground floor retail and restaurant space in a low rise “jewel-box” building located at the Sunset Boulevard/Argyle Avenue intersection, and on the ground floor of the northeast building facing El Centro and Selma Avenues.

It will provide recreational and open space facilities, including approximately 30,000 square feet of street level, publicly accessible and landscaped outdoor space in beautiful courtyards and paseos.

Parking spaces will be provided in a subterranean structure, as well as in a low-rise, above-grade parking structure which is seamlessly integrated into the design of the overall Project. The parking will meet code requirements, and includes the existing parking spaces currently provided for the Palladium. More than 800 bicycle stalls, lockers and related facilities will serve the needs of residents and visitors.

The Palladium Residences project is located on 3.6 acres, which is most of the city block bordered by Sunset Boulevard on the south, Argyle Avenue on the west, Selma Avenue on the north, and El Centro Avenue on the west. The Project includes the Hollywood Palladium® on the southeast section of the block, and will replace the surface parking lots on the southwest and northeast sections. The Project site does not include the existing building on the northwest corner of the block, which is under different ownership.
